Sonia is a massage therapist with decades of practice and a passion for providing a unique healing experience.

Sonia offers Abdominal Restorative Massage which helps guide internal organs into their proper position so that their functions are supported and enhanced. This massage treatment can address fertility issues, endometriosis, painful and/or irregular menstrual cycles and ovulation, painful intercourse, PMS, difficult menopause, reconnection after trauma, miscarriage, hysterectomy, constant urination, anemia, prolapsed uterus, chronic skin conditions, headaches, nausea and heartburn, diarrhoea and constipation, IBS, erectile disfunction.

Sonia also offers massage using the Via della Luna® technique which draws on Californian and Swedish massage and craniosacral balancing treatment principles. These treatments can address neck, shoulder and back pain, anxiety, insomnia, stress and more. Clients experience deep relaxation and a renewed sense of vitality and rejuvenation.

Sonia is at Te Ara Sophia on Mondays and the rest of the week she works in Sumner.
